Assistant Principal job summary
Outwood Academy Portland is looking to recruit a dynamic and inspiring Assistant Principal who has a passion for ensuring every child receives the very best level of education possible.
The role calls for an outstanding teacher with the tenacity and integrity to deliver in challenging circumstances; with the ability to identify and remove barriers, communicate an inspirational vision that motivates and enthuses staff, and focus on empowering people to ensure all students excel. The successful candidate will be required to teach outside of their subject specialism where required.
