As of September 2021, we have a rare senior leadership opportunity within an outstanding school, where there is a strong academic ethos and high expectations which is ranked in the top 1% nationally for progress 8.
The Trust is seeking to appoint a highly effective senior leader to join us as the Assistant Principal of Rushey Mead Academy. The successful candidate will play a huge part in leading and evolving Personal and Character Development to ensure it contributes to the success of the school as an outstanding provider of education.
Our successful candidate will be a highly motivated leader and have high expectations with a drive and commitment to ensure excellence for all; regardless of students starting points and backgrounds.
