What skills and experience we're looking for
Following a recent internal promotion, Brompton Academy is seeking to find a dynamic, charismatic, forward-thinking strategic leader, who has the energy, intellectual capacity and determination, to join our Strategic Leadership Team as Assistant Principal for Quality of Education.
If you are ambitious, motivated and creative, with a genuine love for transforming lives through learning, then we want to hear from you. We are looking for an individual to join our Strategic Leadership Team; a leader who is driven by like-minded values and can develop a powerful educational offer at Brompton Academy. Someone who has a clear strategic vision to form links between the quality of education and student outcomes; is passionate about enriching our curriculum and can embed a sense of purpose and belonging through an innovative and bespoke curriculum offer. A leader who recognises and promotes high-quality teaching and learning and who has the expertise to support and develop teaching pedagogy across the Academy, and has the skills and experience to improve and sustain great outcomes for students at key stage 4.
This post requires
a resilient individual who relishes a challenge and is not averse to taking
risks. The post holder will also be a key member of the strategic UKAT senior
team at Brompton Academy.

Applicants for this post will have a proven track record of success in these areas and be able to evidence impactful strategies used for leading and reviewing curriculum planning, developing teaching and learning policy and practice, Ofsted preparation, data analysis and leading staff development.
