  • A clear and coherent vision which is consistent with the vision of Queen Elizabeth's Academy and Diverse Academies
  • Experience of leading SEND and of a role involving responsibility for the pastoral care of students
  • The ability to take a strategic view in order to determine a clear pathway to achieve future goals
  • The interpersonal skills necessary to inspire others to ensure whole school commitment and enthusiasm.
