What skills and experience we're looking for

To assist the Head of School with the management and organisation of the school in seeking to achieve the highest standards of pupil achievement and school efficiency and to deputise in the absence of the Head of School both at short notice and over a longer term. As the SENDCO, you will work alongside the teaching teams to ensure the correct provision is in place for children on the SEN register or who hold an EHCP. You will also identify children with SEND and create care plans to support their learning and care at Oakwell Rise. You will also be a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
