The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit an Assistant Principal to work at Worle Community School – An Academy.
Worle Community School – An Academy is on an exciting journey. We are a welcoming and caring school, staff and community and we are looking for an exceptional leader to join us on our journey. We are looking to recruit an Assistant Principal.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an exceptional, relentless and ambitious team.
You will work closely with all leaders and staff members in supporting students, ensuring that they receive the very best teaching and learning experiences. We will do this be providing excellent CPD to all staff to further develop their pedagogy. We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Principal with a focus on developing and coordinating whole school strategies to lead SEND & Inclusion. Specifics of the role will be negotiated annually in line with Academy needs.

• Will ensure that every child has the necessary support and guidance to realise their potential
• Will promote positive behaviour and a culture and ethos in line with our school’s values
• Will lead on improving inclusion and SEND strategies for all children across the school
• Will lead the professional development of all of our staff in relation to special educational needs.
• Will have experience of raising standards and a relentless approach to improving the life chances of all children
