What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an exceptional candidate to be Assistant Principal - STEM (Head of Science with Maths), leading the development of Science and Maths as we move into Key Stage 4. You will work in close partnership with the Principal to embed the school’s vision and develop an outstanding school that empowers our pupils to take responsibility and seize greatness.
As Assistant Principal - STEM you will lead, develop and manage the effective delivery of an outstanding curriculum, which enables the highest level of student progress and attainment. You will lead the professional community of subject teachers in Science and Maths and promote outstanding teaching and learning and a strong school culture of STEM, within a nurturing and rigorous environment.
The successful candidate will be supported in their development and preparation for Headship. We will provide one-to-one support, coaching and access to extensive network training. You will:
- Have an unwavering determination to deliver excellence for pupils from all starting points
