We are seeking a passionate professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing a thriving student culture and fostering positive behaviour.
In this leadership role, you will:
- Champion the creation of a warm and supportive school environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth for all students.
- Develop and implement a clear and consistent behaviour management strategy, ensuring a safe and orderly learning environment.
- Collaborate with staff to design and deliver engaging programmes that nurture student well-being, respect, and a sense of belonging.
- Lead by example, fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Stay abreast of best practices in student culture and behaviour management.
