The successful candidate will be a highly professional, collaborative, and motivational leader who will lead staff to having high aspirations for themselves and others. They will also have comprehensive experience in senior leadership and will lead on and contribute to a number of key areas within the academy dependant on the applicant's skill set and current experience.
