We are looking for a very special person to join the Leadership Team at West Hill as our school has grown over time. Our visionary and values led primary school for children with special needs is seeking an exceptional leader to continue to drive forward our vision for all of our children to “…achieve as much as they possibly can and flourish in adult life…”

Then a career with THPT, based at West Hill could be just for you.
Our children aged 4-11 all have an Education Health Care Plan identifying the need for specialist support and provision. Typically working within the Early Years and early Key Stage 1 level, our pupils are hugely determined, inspiring and ready for learning. We are well supported by families, our wider Trust partners and our Local Governing Body.
West Hill is a vibrant and thriving learning environment with an incredible site internally and externally.
