About the Role
The successful candidate will line manage our SEND Admin Assistant who will support the SENDCo with paperwork, referrals, case management etc.
Due to an increasing number of children with SEND, Compass Primary Academy is looking at how we can most effectively meet all of our children’s needs. And this is where we need you!
The role will be non-class based but with the expectation of ensuring that the learning being delivered in our classrooms, Nurture Base and Specific Learning Base is inclusive and allowing our SEND pupils to flourish and grow.
You will take day to day responsibility and strategic development of the SEND policy and co-ordination of its provision, including those with EHC plans.
