What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Pupil Progress Leader to support the Pupil Progress Leader for the remainder of the academic year 2022/23. Teaching and non-teaching staff will be considered.

The successful candidate will require an understanding of the SEND agenda and of the pastoral dimension of a successful high school. They will also require a rigorous academic profile. The successful candidate will play a key role in raising aspiration and ambition amongst the pupils, promoting our Christian values and ethos.
