Assistant School Administrator job summary
First Federation Trust a Multi Academy Trust of 21 primary schools across Devon, Plymouth and West Dorset are looking to appoint an Assistant Administrator for Mary Dean's CE Primary School. This is a permanent position for 5 mornings a week - 8:00am - 1:00pm, term time only plus 1 week.
The successful candidate will assist the Head of School, and Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive general administration support, undertaking receptionist duties, providing the first line of contact with the community, taking payments and other routine administrative duties.
You will be a friendly, enthusiastic and well-organised individual who can build a rapport with pupils, parents, staff and visitors alike. This is a varied role covering a wide range of duties and can be challenging at times but is highly rewarding. If you are organised, sociable and thrive on busy schedules where no two days are the same, this role could be for you.
By becoming the Assistant Administrator at Mar Dean's Primary School, you will have the support from the senior administrator at the school plus a team of administrators across the Trust. You will have access to the local government pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and an Employee wellbeing Programme.
