Assistant School Business Manager job summary

We are looking for a person who is highly motivated, keen to learn, dynamic, innovative and able to work under pressure. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and be a team-player who is motivated by developing and empowering others. We are seeking someone who has an eye for detail, with high levels of literacy and numeracy, but also the vision to see the wider picture and understand the educational landscape with the ability to manage opportunities and challenges and always seek the best for our school.

The role of the Assistant School Business Manager at The Compton School is to support the School Business Manager in all aspects of the role. You will be joining an excellent team and will work collaboratively with key people in The Compton School. You will have key responsibilities in supporting the recruitment and payroll processes at the school. Please refer to the job description for a more detailed description of the role.
