What you offer:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SENCO Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive school community. This important role involves working closely with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator and wider staff team to ensure that every child receives the tailored support they need to succeed both academically and emotionally. The ideal candidate will be organised, empathetic, and committed to promoting inclusive education, helping to create a positive and nurturing environment where all learners can thrive.
