An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Academy for an enthusiastic and inspirational Assistant SENCO. To assist in leading and managing the provision of special educational needs learning support; and to take on the role of Assistant SENCO to support high quality teaching, effective use of resources, and high standards of learning and achievement for all pupils. We believe in working collaboratively, sharing ideas and supporting each other to achieve great things as we further develop innovative teaching and learning strategies. The successful candidates will have a keen interest in innovative teaching strategies and commitment to developing their leadership skills and will have the ability to inspire students to achieve excellent results.
