What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed Assistant SENCo to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administration to the SEN department and supporting pupils as directed by the SENCo. They will work alongside the SENCo in establishing best practice for inclusion across the whole school and develop relationships that positively support SEN pupils and the role of the SENCo.
