What skills and experience we're looking for

Full time - Permanent - January 2025 start

The Assistant SENDCo & Class Lead is a split role, working 3 days as the Assistant SENDCo and 2 days as a Class Lead.

You will work closely with the SENDCo managing the annual review process, helping to embed our SEN policy in all day to day operational activities, arranging and monitoring the appropriate provision and additional support for children and developing relationships with parents, the local authority and other multi agencies.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, an inspiring teacher with SENDCo experience. You will be a good communicator and be a proactive team member. About the School:
