What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a committed and passionate Assistant SENDCo who wants to transform the lives of young people at Isca Academy. You will be a key part of a large Inclusion team and responsible for a team of Academic Mentors, working with our scholars to ensure that their needs are met and that every child has the opportunity to be successful in the classroom. You will oversee the implementation of key interventions for scholars on the SEND register and ensure all their statutory and additional needs are met in all cases.
