Assistant SENDCO job summary

At TEAM Multi Academy Trust, we’re seeking a dedicated Assistant SENDCO to work closely with our experienced SENDCOs, helping to deliver inclusive education that ensures every child has equal access to learning and opportunities. This vital role supports the development and implementation of tailored learning strategies, targeted interventions and collaborative work with families, professionals and staff across our schools.
As an Assistant SENDCO, you’ll play a key part in creating an empowering and supportive environment for children with SEND. From promoting resilience and independence to maintaining accurate support plans and modelling best practices for colleagues. If you’re confident, fluent in spoken English and eager to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to raising achievement for every child, we’d love to hear from you.
