Assistant Site Agent
L5 pt 15 £27,803 to pt 20 £30,296 per annum
37 hours per week – 52 weeks per year
(Working hours between 6am & 6pm)
We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Site Agent. The successful candidate will be a member of the Premises Team and will be working to ensure the school functions effectively and educational needs are met. The Premises Team are responsible for maintenance and development work on site and therefore the job can be, physically demanding. Candidates should be flexible and have a range of practical skills.
Beech Hill Primary School serves a wonderfully diverse, multi-cultural community. A ‘Good’ school rated by Ofsted in October 2021. We are committed to improving attainment and have designed a curriculum to motivate, challenge and engage our pupils’ in a well-resourced environment.
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to carry out minor repairs including simple plumbing and joinery work.
- Be able to read instructions and maintain work related records.
- Be able to communicate politely and tactfully with school premises users.
- Have some knowledge of Health & Safety, including COSH.
