Salary: £23,989 to £29,201 per annum, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Salary dependant on qualifications and experience

We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work across the year. Key responsibilities include general repairs to buildings and facilities, this may include some basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, minor electrical works and a variety of associated DIY skills. As part of the facilities team the post includes general caretaking duties, compliance with Health and Safety guidance and to be part of the key holding and security regime.
