Assistant Site Manager – Rainham Mark Grammar School
Salary: NJC Scale Grade D2 Point 4 – 11 £23,114 - £25,979
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (all year round)

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager at Rainham Mark Grammar School. The successful candidate will have experience of working within a similar role and be responsible for effective and efficient site maintenance, cleanliness, health and safety and security, working under the direction of the Premises Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the line manager in ensuring that the school site/s and grounds including extended school facilities are maintained in a safe, clean and secure condition
- Assisting in the co-ordination of health and safety ensuring that statutory regulations and compliance are followed and adhered to throughout the school
- Assisting in co-ordinating and undertaking such tasks as may be necessary for effective site management, including various porterage, administrative and lettings duties
- Supporting and contributing to the overall ethos, work and aims of the school
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Experience in a similar role preferred
