What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate should have the ability to:
- Carry out work under minimal supervision
- Perform the physical tasks required by the post
- Fulfil their Health and Safety duties within the required time period to the quality standard expected.
- Ability to operate as part of a team or individually as required
- Be able to lead and motivate cleaning staff
- Perform light maintenance and repairs
- Demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm for training and progression
- Display a commitment to the Trust’s equalities policies
