What skills and experience we're looking for
Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertake basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical and decorating tasks.
- Upkeep of external grounds to include mowing, strimming and pruning.
- Carry out Health and Safety inspections to ensure the Academy buildings meet legislative requirements and are safe for building users.
- Responsible for own safety by developing and following Risk Assessments, COSHH and other Health and Safety Guidance appertaining the role.
- Set up and set down arrangements for activities, functions and events.
- Responsible for waste management
- Undertake driving of the Academies Minibuses – appointed person must hold a full, clean driving licence with a D1 entitlement.
