Assistant Site Manager job summary

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and reliable Assistant Site Manager to join our fantastic site team. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of health and safety and the commitment and attention to detail required to maintain high standards throughout the school. The ability to work well in a team and engage positively with all staff at the school is essential


Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Premises Manager, deputising as required

  • Supporting with Compliance Management, in addition updating and maintaining records as required

  • Carrying out routine maintenance, caretaking duties and basic repairs

  • Security of the school buildings and grounds, opening and closing the site

  • Supporting with school events

  • Liaison with external contractors where necessary

  • To contribute to a working environment which supports teaching and learning
