We take literacy and reading very seriously at Ripley; we are looking for someone who is as passionate as we are about these important areas and who will bring energy and enthusiasm to champion this cause.

At Ripley and across our wider MAT, The Bay Learning Trust, we take CPD and career development seriously. There may be opportunities for further whole school leadership development experience once established in this role.
