Assistant Subject Leader of Performing Arts job summary

You will assist the Headteacher in the leadership and management of teaching and learning in the school, to achieve the outcomes required by Government regulations and the School development/improvement plan, as adopted by Broadleaf Partnership Trust. You will also take particular responsibility for developing and promoting the use of Performing Arts across the school to support teaching and learning.

To succeed, you’ll have strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver high quality lessons, together with an enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration.
