Associate Assistant Head job summary

This is a senior leadership role with specific responsibility for outcomes in English. The post holder is required to consider and develop all factors relating to achievement. You will lead a team of middle leaders, and subject specialists. The post holder will be part of the senior leadership team and required to participate fully in shaping the future of the College.
