- Contribute to the school's strategic planning and development, ensuring SEN policies and practices are in line with the school's overall goals.
- Advocate for the needs of pupils with SEN and disabilities, ensuring their voices are heard at the highest levels of decision-making.
- Improve communication and collaboration between all stakeholders, leading to more effective and inclusive practices.
- Be accountable for the school's SEN and disability provision by ensuring that policies and practices are implemented effectively.
- Ensure the school's compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
