  • Advocate for the needs of pupils with SEN and disabilities, ensuring their voices are heard at the highest levels of decision-making.
  • Improve communication and collaboration between all stakeholders, leading to more effective and inclusive practices.
  • Be accountable for the school's SEN and disability provision by ensuring that policies and practices are implemented effectively.
  • Ensure the school's compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
