We are looking for a well-qualified, outstanding teacher to be our new SENDCO in the role of Associate Assistant Headteacher as part of our dynamic leadership team. This post would suit an experienced SENDCO looking to move into senior leadership whilst retaining their SEND responsibility or a highly successful middle leader who wants to become a SENDCO and take their first step into senior leadership.
The Carlton Academy is working in partnership with The Redhill Academy Trust. The academy is also a member of The Redhill College of Leadership and Development, which provide excellent CPD opportunities and the chance to work alongside other high performing schools in the region. The Carlton Academy became an academy, sponsored by The Redhill Academy Trust, in 2011.
