Associate Assistant Headteacher (SENDCo) job summary
If successful, you will join our Senior Leadership Team of eight permanent members and three associates. The newly appointed Associate Assistant Headteacher’s task will be to build upon the strong reputation and associated systems in the Faculty of Inclusion and develop a strategy to enhance this within the school’s ethos.
In addition to those professional responsibilities common to all classroom teachers, assistant headteachers play a full part in the management of the school to ensure a clear sense of direction from which to achieve high standards in all areas of the school’s work.
