An effective team player who is dynamic, creative and able to play a significant role in the strategic direction and development of the academy?

We are looking for an experienced Associate Assistant Principal (SENCO) to join our supportive and talented leadership team at Lime Hills Academy for the new academic year. Alongside the role of AAP, you will also be expected to Lead and manage the SEND additional primary duties and responsibilities for the academy.


About you:  

You will:  

  • Be a qualified teacher. 
  • Have professional knowledge of what constitutes high quality and standards in teaching and learning.  
  • Have the ability to write reports, keep accurate records and communicate effectively  
  • Have proven ability as an excellent classroom teacher  
  • Have experience of leading an aspect of whole school development  
  • Have the ability to lead and manage a team.  
  • Understanding of curriculum and assessment of pupil progress
