This post would be an ideal opportunity for an Advanced Skills Teacher, outstanding Head of Department or Science Consultant to maintain close links with classroom practice whilst developing their own leadership potential.

About the role:

The Outwood Grange Academies Trust, is seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Associate Director of Science to play an essential role in the School Improvement Team.

As the Associate Director of Science, you will play a pivotal role in steering our scientific initiatives, developing our curriculum towards new horizons and raising outcomes for our students, through innovative intervention strategies.

In this role you will have the opportunity to nurture emerging talent, through working with various departments, senior leaders and Trainees/ECTs to develop their Teaching abilities.

Whilst you will predominantly serve the academies in the Middlesbrough & Redcar Community of our trust, you may be required to travel to any academy within the Trust as part of the remit of the School Improvement Team.
