Associate Head of Faculty: Art & Design job summary
Faculty of Technology
The Technology Faculty comprises of Design & Technology, Food Technology, Art & Design and Computing departments. The Faculty is friendly, enthusiastic and has a committed team of 16 specialist teaching staff including Associate Heads of Faculty for Art & Design, Computing and Design and Technology alongside a Curriculum Associate and Technician support.
The successful candidate will be an inspirational and skilful teacher who will be able to motivate students, and raise their achievement through delivering outstanding practice. Excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to the subject and leadership potential are essential. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an imaginative, creative and inspiring leader to work in a supportive and energetic school where students are making significant and sustained progress.
The ability to teach Graphic Communication would be an advantage.
