What skills and experience we're looking for
Your new role:
- Experience of successfully leading change management
- Ability to utilise leadership qualities effectively
- Effectively build, lead and motivate a team
- Passionate about teaching and learning and have a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong and effective classroom practice with high expectations for achievements and behaviour
- A qualified Science teacher with knowledge of present curriculum developments
- Contribute to the values, ethos and the development of our schools
