Associate SENDCO job summary
The Associate SENDCO supports the Director of SEND in leading, developing, and quality-assuring SEND provision across the Trust.
The role blends:
Strategic leadership (Trust-wide systems, policy, Quality Assurance, data)
Operational delivery (SEND systems and processes, supporting with complex casework, recommending interventions)
School-based support (inducting and coaching SENDCOs, modelling practice, training staff)
You will work across multiple schools, supporting leaders to deliver high-quality SEND provision and ensuring that statutory responsibilities are met.
