What skills and experience we're looking for

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week , Monday – Friday 08.00 – 15.30

Salary: Grade D £21,131 per annum plus access to LGPS

Start Date: Tuesday 22nd April 2025

Status: Temporary until 31st August 2025.

We are looking for an Associate Teacher who has a degree (or equivalent) to work alongside the classroom teachers in our ‘Outstanding’ Primary School.

The ideal applicants will be qualified to degree level, an aspirant teacher and have experience of supporting all abilities of children in the full range of the primary curriculum. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking, creative practitioners, able to motivate pupils.

It is essential that the successful candidates have a good level of spoken English, are a good team member and are able to develop positive behaviour strategies with children. As an outstanding school we can provide you with excellent opportunities to develop further.

The successful candidate will:

  • have experience or a good working knowledge of the curriculum
