Associate Teacher - Ernesford Grange Community Academy job summary
We currently have a new opportunity for a dynamic and flexible Associate Teacher to support our staff and students by delivering lessons and supervision.
You’ll be an expert in deploying classroom management skills, enabling students to achieve their lesson objectives whilst offering appropriate support where needed and helping to assist the wider faculty when teaching staff are otherwise engaged.

The role has Full Time/Part Time available and will be 39 weeks a year.
Who are we looking for?- Experience of working with students in an educational or service environment
- At least 5 GCSE's, Post 16+ higher qualifications
- Solid communication skills and the ability to successfully manage
- Ability to prioritise and plan workload, delivering set lesson content effectively and efficiently and identifying opportunities for further support where appropriate.
