We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated administrator to join our TKAT family. You will enjoy a varied role based in our busy Conference Centre, supporting events and delivering an effective administrative service.
As the Centre Administrator, you will:
-Provide efficient facilities and administrative support
-Coordinate a range of meetings and events hosted at the Conference Centre
-Ensure all facilities at the Centre remain safe and functional
-Maintain office administration systems including reprographics, database management, stationery and catering supplies.
-Be the first point of contact to meet and greet visitors to the Conference Centre
-Answer the main switchboard, emails and face to face queries
-Liaise with Kemnal Technology College employees to ensure the smooth running of events and administration
-Manage complaints to the Centre and redirect as appropriate
-Ensure you are fully up to date with the TKAT / Kemnal Technology College Safeguarding procedures plus all procedural training requirements
For this role, you will have:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent administration skills and have previous experience of working in an administration role
-Experience of facilities management and Reception Skills.
