Our experienced Head teacher and her supportive senior leadership team are looking for a Administration & Attendance Assistant to join the office team at Holland Junior School. This role is term time only working 16 hours per week over four mornings between 08.15-12.15, the exact working pattern will be decided with the successful candidate but please note Monday's will be part of the working pattern.
Key responsibilities include:
- Improve levels of attendance for all students.
- Promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture at The Pioneer Academy.
- Assist the Academy to reach its attendance targets.
- To provide a reception service for all callers to the school.
- To provide general administrative support.
- Specific responsibilities include creation and maintenance of accurate and confidential records, and complying with data protection laws.
