What skills and experience we're looking for

The Portsmouth Academy are seeking an Attendance Administrative Support Assistant to work alongside the Attendance Improvement Coordinator in promoting excellent attendance and punctuality. The successful candidate will provide a high standard of administrative support for attendance and admissions across the school.

The Attendance Administrative Support Assistant will maintain accurate records of attendance to be presented to the Senior Leadership Team and Governors. There will also be a requirement to liaise with parents and carers via a variety of platforms, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times. They will undertake regularly child facing duties including social times, before and/or after school.
