Attendance Administrator

Part-Time - Grade: H4 (between £19,698 - £20,093 – Pro-rata) 

20 hours per week 8.30am – 12.30pm (term time + 1 week) 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and well organised colleague with excellent IT skills in MS Word and MS Excel alongside strong interpersonal skills to work within our busy front office. The successful applicant will be able to manage and maintain a comprehensive school information resource, ensuring consistency and integrity of data and oversees collection and reporting of related information. 

Be responsible for all aspects of student attendance for Years 7-13 within the school. This is a key role within the school and includes contacting parents when necessary. The ability to use SIMS will be an advantage but not essential.
