  • Familiarity with attendance policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • The ability to empower and motivate students and families.

  • Familiarity with community resources and support services. Proficiency in using relevant technology tools.
  • Advocating for students and families who may be facing systemic barriers to attendance.
  • Working closely with the Deputy Headteacher to ensure strategic vision for attendance
