Contract: Fixed Term until 27th March 2026

Hours: 37 hours, 39 weeks (term time plus one week)

Working pattern: 8am – 4pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 3.30pm on Fridays

Salary: Pathway 2, point 4 – 8, £21,118 - £22,493 (FTE £24,404 - £25,992)

Your role:

As an Attendance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in promoting and providing an efficient attendance service. You will record, monitor, and analyse attendance records, support the administration of attendance policies, and work collaboratively to reduce absence and lateness. Your responsibilities include maintaining and updating attendance records, managing safe and well checks, and liaising with internal and external support when safeguarding concerns arise. You will also communicate with parents and carers to facilitate their support for their child's attendance.

To excel in this role, you will need strong communication skills, you will be proactive, and have experience in a fast-paced office environment. You should be able to analyse data, work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
