We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our team as a School Receptionist & Attendance Administrator. This is a combined role that plays a crucial part in the daily operations of our school, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service while also supporting student attendance and punctuality.

As the School Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff, providing professional customer service at our busy front desk and managing phone and email enquiries. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Attendance Officer to maintain accurate attendance records and ensure all procedures related to student absences are followed.

This varied and rewarding role involves managing multiple administrative duties, updating the school’s website, and supporting the wider school team with key operational tasks.

The hours in each role will be split between the day, 8:30 am – 12:15 pm as Attendance Administrator and 12:45 pm – 16:30 as Receptionist Monday – Thursday and 12:45 – 16:00 on Fridays.
