We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and hardworking Attendance Administrator to work closely with the Attendance Officer to give Admin support in a busy, fast paced environment. Ideally you will have Admin experience and have strong communication skills, be well organised, an excellent team player and keen to learn and develop.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Support and monitor the recording of parent/carer calls.

Maintain accurate records of students accessing a part-time timetable (PTTT) and/or alternative provision (AP).

Meet with the Attendance Officer to share and discuss key attendance data
