Attendance and DDSL Officer job summary
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Attendance and DDSL Officer to join our hardworking and dedicated team at Elements Academy.
The postholder will operate as one of the school's Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads and will support the Designated Safeguarding Lead and other staff members.
Operating as Attendance Officer, you will work alongside relevant academy staff members to contribute to raising achievement by improving student attendance. The postholder will accurately maintain pupil attendance records within strict deadlines, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and will monitor student attendance and initiate appropriate action as required, in line with academy policy.
