Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only Plus Inset Days

Hours: 8am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Closing date: Friday 21st November at 9am

Interview date: W/C 24th November

We are looking for someone who has:

  • The ambition to improve school attendance through implementing the school’s successful systems and processes
  • Training in school administration systems such as Bromcom, Arbor or SIMs
  • Further education training (NVQ level 3 or above) as well as additional training in data management
  • Experience of managing pupil records and admissions
  • A clear UK driving license for a manual car
  • Experience working with external stakeholders from the Local Authority, governors, parents and colleagues within a professional environment
  • An awareness of barriers to school attendance and strategies to overcome them
  • A clear, friendly tone but someone who can hold the line and be firm when needed
  • The ability to speak another language (other than English)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to motivate and inspire people around you
  • The ability to present data to senior leaders within the school or Trust
  • The ability to identify and manage data trends
  • An ability to commit to the school with high standards or professionalism, reliability and integrity
