Attendance and Wellbeing Officer job summary

Hours: 37 per week / Term time 38 week + 2 additional weeks

We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join the Learning Provision Team to engage students and parents with barriers to attendance and disengagement of school and school life

The successful candidate will:

  • Have relevant experience in a similar environment or appropriate qualifications.
  • Should hold appropriate academic qualifications to at least GCSE standard, professional qualifications to at least NVQ level 2, or be able to demonstrate competency through proven experience in a similar role.
  • Have good inter-personal skills, be able to operate as a member of a busy team and be able to seek and accept guidance and support as required and as offered.
  • Have the drive, initiative and ability to respond quickly to further developments in the provision of learning support in schools.
